You Can’t Hurry Love

They say patience is a virtue. I’ve found this to be true, and one of the hardest things to not only obtain, but to instill in my daily life. Everything is needed now. The best friend, the understanding man, the consistency, the provider, the one that God has for me. I am ready to start wearing matching pajamas! What do you mean I have to wait to see if it’s true compatibility, if I am chosen or if I am just an option? I’m ready to be his better half, his best friend and the one person who is always in his corner. Have you felt this way before? OR is it now that you are feeling as if you are at this part of your relationship or situationship per sei? The best advice I can give you is the one I am living now…. we have to PRAY about it, continue to be our best selves and allow things to fall into the place they were meant to be. Not the answer you are waiting for? Welp, this was just a way to describe that “Patience” part that we are struggling to have. But look at it this way, we KNOW what we want. Clearly, if we do not bend, it will come to us.
