If someone asked me what I thought I would be doing at this moment in time about 20 years ago…

I guarantee, I would have had some glimmer and golden plans that included a lifestyle and people in it that I just couldn’t imagine living without…BUT that was 20 YEARS AGO! How can someone wake up daily with an outlook that it is a much brighter day than it was yesterday? Don’t misunderstand me, I do have some moments that I allow people to chisel away at my sanity with their stupidity…However, when I have a chance to breathe and meditate on it, I simply find a life’s lesson in it, teach my children on the lesson if it’s one in there, (in almost everything you can show them everyday examples you learned in the Bible). But believe me, I have witnessed, seen and experienced some back stabbing, money conniving, want to see you fail episodes in my lifetime that can make the devil  do a double take and say, “What the hell?!!”   Be careful though, because Ephesians 6:12…IJS

Anyway, when you start looking at your real treasures in life, you won’t ever be broken or alone. How many close people in your life wants their life better than yours or have what you got? Don’t ask that question, when you aren’t ready for the answer. You really wouldn’t believe the conversations or thoughts that goes on behind closed doors about you.  An hour later they are texting or calling you as if what they never spoke ill of you. Stop thinking it’s not gossip! It is when “the main character” isn’t in the conversation! And why at this very moment, some of you thinking I am speaking about you? I AM!!  A conversation that I had with a wise person said to me, “It’s not about money that is in your bank account. I saw you complaining about life, ready to blow your top, asking questions on your next move and then you said “forget it, God’s got it.” The smile came back on your face and you went back to being your silly self, and on to your next destination to being BEBE and help someone else.”

“Honestly, not one person can steal this feeling or dim my smile because they have NO clue what it is or where it comes from.. AMAZING…When that Eureka moment arrives and your smile is genuine…PRICELESS…

(So I was asked by one of my clients to “be real, and not write so Politically correct,” so here goes…)

Let’s start with text messages. Oh how it seems so convenient right? Well, not all the time. A while back I dropped my cell and of course killed the mother board or something cause it went black! Well, I could still use my Bluetooth  so no harm there until I decide  whether to pay $149 or not..Back to the story..

The truth I’ve learned about people is that without texting their wants, needs or funky little rants they won’t actually call you. People would rather text you to ask for something, or you get no conversation from them at all. This goes for those who think they can break up, or make up with a simple text..COWARD or NAW?

Have you ever gotten tired of texting back and forth, and decide to call only for them not to answer? Hmmmm…my #1 petpeeve….What’s really going on?

Don’t think you get a pass by sending emails either! Pick up the phone..and communicate for Goodness sake! This used to be me to a certain extent, until I realized that the only thing that I missed truly from my phone was playing Candy Crush Soda. Anyone that I wanted or needed to talk to always received a call from me. However, unfortunately I didn’t have everyone’s number in my head to  let them know what was going on. But…that’s where social media came in. I used it for those instances, or to check in on my family that is far away from me.

Texting is cool, but sometimes we forget that rudeness is only a text away..pick up the phone and stop being the cowardly lion…IJS..
